Passionate about fitness and well-being, Lindsey Kerani, a certified yoga instructor, fitness trainer and trauma informed yoga specialist with over 8 years of experience, is dedicated to helping individuals, corporations, colleges, and university sports teams achieve their fitness goals. With a personalized approach, she offers individual and group in-person and online yoga classes, personalized fitness training, wellness, and rejuvenating yoga retreats.

These can be  designed to promote physical strength, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. Lindsey’s approach integrates traditional yoga practices with modern fitness techniques, ensuring a personalized experience for each client.


With experience in trauma-based yoga healing, she can create a safe and supportive environment for individuals looking to reconnect with their bodies and minds. Whether working one-on-one or leading dynamic group sessions, Lindsey tailors her instruction to meet the unique needs of each participant, fostering both physical fitness and inner balance.
